Not all humans saw the Cataclysm as a reason to unite. Some saw it as an opportunity to conquer or spread their influence over the world. In the decades following the Cataclysm, several groups formed with the goal of spreading their control into the fringes of surviving civilization.

One of these groups was the Cult of Lilith. Founded on the idea that the Cataclysm was women’s chance to take control of society, the cult grew to recruit women from all corners of the world, training them in the art of hand to hand combat and sending their assassins to spread their message everywhere.

Of course, the HSA have fought these cultists since their founding, seeing their goals as antithetical to humanity’s survival. As a result, HSA agents and Lilith assassins typically engage each other when they meet.

While moving through the back alleys of a town in Eastern Europe, Agent Emma was ambushed by two Lilith assassins armed with sais. For the next ten minutes, she fought the two women in hand to hand combat, killing one before being stabbed in the breasts by the other. As she died, Agent Emma threw her knife into her killer’s head, ending the other assassin. Emma’s body and the body of the two assassins would be found and recovered the next day.
